Just a reminder that the 2015 Biennial Report is due March 1, 2016. Below is a link to the U.S. EPA 2015 Hazardous Waste Report Instructions and Forms (EPA Form 8700-13 A/B), which includes a link on page 4 of all the local contacts in each state; for any questions you may have.  All LQG have to report, however in some states SQG and CESQG have some requirements too, so make sure you are aware of those requirements for your state.  You should be able to look up these requirements on your local state agency website!   If your generator status has changed; now is the time to submit a new form with the updated information again varies from state to state on how to submit some states prefer electronically and other prefer hard copy with original signature.  This is also the time to update contact information, company name changes, etc. And if you no longer need your EPA ID Number now is a good time to Deactivate it!

Here is the link for the electronic Biennial Report you must submit on-line and some states require you to send in a hard copy…(note make sure you submit the report before you print a copy).  Once you submit your report your copy will have a time stamp on it.  That is important to have when submitting a hard copy.  Also make sure what requirements your state has for signatures some states require original signature and will not accept a copy.
